Procedure
Before sending product back to us we suggest you contact our technical
support staff by submitting an e-mail to Support@Cablecrazy.com
. They will be able to determine whether the item is defective
before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request.

30-Day Warranty All
products sold at Cablecrazy.com carry a 30-Day warranty against defects
due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include or cover
products used for overclocking, custom modifications, improper
voltage, alterations, or any use of the product that does not fall into
the designed use as inteded by the manufacturer. Cable Crazy reserves the
right to refuse any product
Software
Warranty Software is not returnable or exchangeable once opened, or
if the serial number or registration number has been removed. Opened
software includes, but is not limited to, removing the shrink wrap from
the software or opening the seal on the envelope.
All Other
Warranty Coverage Certain parts may come with extended
Manufacturer's Warranty. The equipment manufacturer honors this warranty
and Cable Crazy assumes no responsibility in honoring this warranty.
Customer assumes all shipping costs to manufacturers.
Warranty Forfeiture Warranty is not granted
if a product is received without original invoice. Warranty is void if
serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been
removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling,
improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void
manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or
inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted
warranty coverage.
-:- Shipping Policy
Cable
Crazy ships each order via UPS or USPS. Rates are automatically
calculated by UPS or USPS Online Shipping Calculator by accordance of
weight.
Cable
Crazy will ship your order within 1-3 business days. If for some reason an
item is out of stock and Cable Crazy cannot provide the item when your
order is placed Cable Crazy will give you the option of a refund for the
items out of stock or will provide you with an ETA.
Cable Crazy reserves the right to ship your package using a different method than chosen upon checkout if needed. In most cases it will be an upgrade from USPS to UPS or Fedex.
Shipping charges will be added to your order upon
check out. Since shipping cost is based on region, charges cannot be
figured until the bill to and ships to portions of the order form are
filled out. Shipping information is displayed immediately following the
bill to and ship to information in the check out process. This allows you
to view shipping fees before any charges are placed to your credit card.
Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item. Shipping time
is not guaranteed; shipping cost is also not guaranteed. We are sorry, but we can not refund the shipping charges for weather related delays.
Cable Crazy does not take responsibility for
delayed arrivals on packages due to reasons beyond our control such as
Weather, train delays, rural shipping areas, or if a package does not
arrive at the scheduled delivery date as a result of the customer not
being at the shipping location if a signature is required. Cable Crazy requires a signature for orders valued
at $100 or more. No exceptions!

Return / Refund Policy
-Items CANNOT be returned after 30
days. -All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. -No refunds
or returns on Modded cases, modded power supplies, or altered items. All
sales are final. -No refunds or returns on water cooled cases or
parts. All sales are final.
- A valid online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request must be filled out before any returns are allowed or processed.
Warranty is void if a
product has been tampered with in a way in which it was not designed.
Misuse, modification, handling damage (i.e. dropping) will void warranty.
Returned items must be in like new condition. Returns will not be accepted
without an copy of the receipt and a note detailing the problem. We ask
that customers please call ahead to confirm whether an item needs to be
replaced or returned.
Customers are responsible for ALL
return shipping charges on merchandise for any reason. Please ship
using a carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance and proof of
delivery. We recommend UPS or USPS with confirmation. Cable
Crazy will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
Damaged Items All UPS and USPS
packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must
notify us immediately by phone 1-(888)-509-5903. Sending back damaged
merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given.
Damaged packages must be held for seven days with original packaging for
shipper inspection.
DOA Any product found to be
Dead on Arrival (DOA) will be replaced within 10 business days, as long as
the item is in stock, and is still an inventoried item. All DOA items must
be brought to our attention within 3 business days of receiving your
product. An RMA number is required. See RMA policies for further
information. Qualified technicians will test and determine all DOA’s
before issuing a replacement.
-:- Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error
or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers,
Cable Crazy shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for
typographical errors, even if an invoice was issued in error. Cable Crazy
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Cable Crazy shall immediately issue a credit to you,
in the amount of the charge.
-:- Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. This fee may be waived at the descretion of Cable Crazy under special
circumstances that may arrise.

Cable Crazy offers products for computer
enthusiasts. Cable Crazy is NOT responsible for your CPU or other hardware
or bodily harm. By purchasing this product you accept all liabilities
involved in using it. Cable Crazy is not liable for any consequential
damages. Consequential damages are defined as any damage which is a
consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware
loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
All use of our products is at your own risk. You agree that the sole
exclusive maximum liability to Cable Crazy arising from any product
sold shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Cable
Crazy, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for
special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products
sold. You agree that Cable Crazy, its officers, employees or other
representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the
operations, content or use of Cable Crazy damages of any kind,
including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special,
incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
